At NexAero, our Venue and Venue with Lodging options are structured to give you flexibility while keeping the process simple and organized. You can build the exact experience you want, from venue only to full lodging and coordination.
To ensure your event runs smoothly so you can focus on the celebration, NexAero has partnered with StarStruck Event Planning. StarStruck has been planning events in Prescott and surrounding areas since 2008 and is known for delivering polished, memorable events.
Together, NexAero and StarStruck have created a clear three step Event Flow.
All starting pricing below assumes up to 50 guests. Pricing increases in increments of 50 guests, up to a maximum of 150.
Reservations are made directly through the NexAero website.

StarStruck Coordination packages are selected based on guest count and purchased through the NexAero Venue Store on this page.
Event Coordination Pricing
Coordination packages include event planning, rentals, and day of coordination.
Packages must be secured at least six months prior to the event date. Pricing is subject to change until reserved.
Terms – 100% due at time of booking through the NexAero Venue Store
Cancellation – Coordination packages are non-refundable once booked
Additional services may be purchased through the NexAero Venue Store.
