What are booking Terms & Conditions?

NexAero collects 50% of reservation balance upon the time of booking and the remainder at 45 days prior to check-in. We also collect the deposit at this time.

We offer a number of payment methods for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking and dates & would kindly recommend to reserve quickly as it books up fast!

At the time of booking, we also ask our guests for a security deposit of $250-500, depending on property. This is in case there is any damage to the property or broken house violations during your stay. The money is collected at final payment and returned in 5-7 business days after check-out if there is no damage.

We also require guests to review & sign a standard guest contract to assure rules are understood and that we maintain a High Level of Experience for our Valued Guests!

What is the cancellation policy?

For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in, 50% refund between 60 and 30 days, and no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.

A nonrefundable 5% fee will be applied for any cancellations done after booking for associated fees.

What if I would like to check-in early, check-out late, or both?

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! These are subject to availability and we will need to know ahead of time so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew

Early Check-In

$25 add-on (3:00pm instead)
$50 add-on (2:00pm instead)
$75 add-on (1:00pm instead)

Late Check-Out:

$25 add-on (11:00am instead)
$50 add-on (12:00pm instead)
$75 add-on (1:00pm instead)

What if I arrive late, or past normal check-in time, can I still check-in?

Our front door smart locks can be accessed any time after check-in (4:00pm) so any late check-ins are completely fine, no matter how late since its self check-in!

What are your current cleaning procedures and standards?

Our professional cleaners are following CDC / Major booking venue guidelines to ensure all common surfaces are cleaned and disinfected and use disinfectants, which kill the the majority of coronavirus variants (including Covid19). We also provide complimentary hand soaps for our guest to use in all bathrooms & kitchen!

Is Parking included at properties and what if we have multiple cars to park?

The NexAero properties offer ample space for free parking. Parking is limited at each property to 4 to 6 cars. Allowances can be made for additional cars upon request.

Do you allow pets?

We allow pets at all properties expect our Cassi. This property has medical constraints and so no pets of any kind are allowed, including service. We can provide local kennel information.

We only accept dogs and these must be disclosed at reservation. Disclosure must include breed & size (small/medium/large, and approx weight) We limit quantity at 2 & reserve the right to decline certain breeds of dogs.

We require that all dogs are leashed, except when in fenced areas, due to indigenous animals and neighborhood considerations. We also require that dogs be kenneled when left at the house.

There is a nightly charge of $15 per pet, per night. We also hold an additional fully refundable deposit of $250. This deposit is returned in 5-7 business days upon confirmation that all messes and excessive hair is cleaned and removed.

Are you child-friendly?

We welcome children at our short term rentals and do offer a number of family oriented amenities.

We have a bigger group staying, do you allow larger groups beyond the property limit, or do you have additional properties.

We do limit total number of guests at our property due to neighbor relations and our ultimate goal of maintaining a High quality of experience for our guests! We will allow exceptions to this rule upon disclosure and approval (we do reserve the right to deny request). We do not allow parties and will evict for violation of this rule per signed contract terms.

In some cases we do have additional properties in the area that you can reserve for larger parties.

What additional services do you offer to guests?

NexAero Vacation Rentals a host of additional services that can be purchased on our digital guidebook & marketplace.

These include but are not limited to:

  • We can offer a mid-stay and expedited additional full cleaning and schedule when it’s most convenient for you in which we will provide fresh clean linens and towels, sanitize and clean all items and surfaces, take out trash, etc during your stay for a flat amount per occasion if you would like!
  • Various vacation packages at local attractions.
  • Flagstaff, Sedona, Prescott, Grand Canyon, etc.
  • Additional food deliveries, upon availability.
  • Etc.
