Backyard includes a barbeque area, hot tub, and sitting area under a custom pergola. Music is piped through the house and to the backyard. TV's are also mounted throughout!
Property has a gourmet Thermador/Subzero kitchen, remodeled bathrooms with rainfall showers and stand-alone tub. House includes a media room and Qty. 2 dedicated office areas.

Notes
- A Month to Month Lease will be required by all guests prior to occupancy - we work exclusively with Corporate & Insurance Relocation services & are flexible on Lease/ownership and Rates
- A Pre-Arrival form will be required to support a Lease Application & Standard Background Check prior to lease and fund collection. Lessor reserves the right to decline to lease based on background Fico Score, legal record, & Financial History.
- A Standard CA Lease with House Rules, and CC&R addendums is required to complete the booking.
- Guest will be required to provide ID & complete background check to finalize booking reservation. Property Management Company reserves the right to deny rental based on, but not limited to: evictions, criminal activity, foreclosures, collections, credit scores below 720. Guests for which a contiguous and current Social Security history/score and background check cannot be rented to at this time.
- A deposit will be held based on background check and past reviews (amount varies from $2500
- Guests will be given a utilities allowance of $400/month. Any costs over that allowance will be charged monthly to held deposit
- Pets are allowed upon approval with a non-refundable fee of $600. A Fully Refundable Fee will also be held.
- Guests are expected to follow CC&R's (to be provided as part of lease), any tickets/fines will be deducted from deposit on file
We also require that guests complete our Pre-Arrival Form within 24 hours of booking. These forms are sent as a link prior to booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until all forms are complete. If forms are not completed within 24 hour period NexAero Vacation Rentals reserves the right to decline or cancel booking reservation.
NexAero Vacation Rentals will hold the property for serious interest while background check and lease are being executed.
We request deposits and do background checks to assure and protect the quality of experience for you and future guests.
A cancellation fee of 4% may be held to cover admin and CC fees.
