Coyote House Rules
- Early or Late checkin/outs are offered for a fee of $25/hr but cannot always be accommodated
- We reserve the right to request and hold a fully refundable deposit depending on guest status, reviews, and situational circumstances.
- Per Prescott City Short Term Rental Code 4-9 a valid Government ID must be provided withing 24hrs of booking using the arrival form we will send in our welcome message. Failure to provide can result in cancellation of booking
- Per Prescott City Short Term Rental Code 4-9 a House Terms & Rules Rental Agreement is required to be reviewed & e-signed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to sign can result in cancellation of booking
- Guest Arrival & Information Form must be completed within 24hrs. Form will be sent as a link.
- All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival, must be approved, and fees must be paid prior to arrival. Fees are $15/day/dog with a deposit of $250.
- Parking is restricted to Qty 4 total cars at property, either in the street or in driveway, unless otherwise agreed with owner.
- Any Lease stay over 30 Days will require a tenant lease to signed & a background check prior to finalization of booking.
- Primary Booking Guest must be 25 yrs of age & must be physically staying at property. Primary guest is responsible for all guests.
Coyote House:
Availability Calendar
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
