Our Mid-Term Level incorporates the foundations of the Next Level Management service and is built for Owners who want a Full Service hands-off rental experience for longer term stays. Our approach is built on Communication & Next Level Experience with the sole intent to provide 5 Star Experiences for our Guests & Owners.

The Mid-Term Level tier is tailored to maximize the profitability of properties rented for longer durations (2-3 months). This tier focuses on Traveling Professionals (Nurses, Doctors, and Executive Professions) needing accommodation for shorter contracted periods.

This tier allows owners to capitalize on the stability of Mid-Term stays without locking into Long-Term rentals (12 month). Mid-Term fully furnished stays realize higher monthly revenues as these come fully furnished to accommodate these traveling professions.
