The day we were supposed to check out, there was heavy snowfall and Tammy called us to make sure we were OK She reassured us she was sending up a guy to blow the snow so that we could leave safely. She also reassured us that if we were snowed-in our safety came before the need to check out on time. And she followed up to make sure we made it home on time as a continued to snow all day. It’s easy to judge an Airbnb on the lay out or amenities… But to have someone reach out and start making arrangements for us to get out safely was above and beyond, thank you! we can’t wait to book the cabin again!
