It is separated with a solid 1ft concrete wall, with a completely separate entrance- the structure has no connecting doors or windows. - The entrance is onto the same porch area but that is reserved for guests of this house. The barbeque & side areas are also dedicated to this house. - Additionally, guests and tenants have access to a shared laundry area for their convenience. Just minutes away from historic downtown Prescott, local shopping, and restaurants, the Granite Dells neighborhood offers both relaxation and exploration opportunities in a stunning natural setting.
