I've got this really big crush on somebody. so why not go to Albertsons? i mean i love the place. a true neighborhood joint. so I went in for a rose for this person. and i mean i looked around at stuff for a long time: benadryl (store brand), az souvenirs (Scottsdale represent) and there it was: single stem rose, $2.99 (bring freshness home). the florist was nice and all. i couldn't actually take a picture of the roses. melissa told me no go unfortunately. and then i actually got talked to by the store director. i mean he's a nice guy and all. I'd imagine he's a really busy guy and I've actually met him a couple of times before. his name's tim.

The ham and cheese quiche was delicious. Not dry at all but flaky and had enough cheese that even though I found myself looking for a sauce or something (expecting it to be dry) but I didnt end up needing anything. The espresso was perfect. A basic iced latte that wasn't over sweetened or bitter. It was smooth and tasty and I love the atmosphere. Great, friendly music and tasteful decor. I wish there was more prepared to take and go. There was a salad that looked amazing and a few things like coleslaw. The service was perfect. Friendly and upbeat and they helped to suggest what I night prefer and I overheard them selling the sweets as well.
This place is so cute and quaint. My son took me and surprised me for my 47th birthday. I had a wonderful time. The service was amazing, my cocktail was delicious. The dinner was fabulous. I am so excited to go back.

My husband took me here for my birthday and it was the most amazing dining experience. Staff from hostess to services were professional and you could tell they truly love their job. What I notice first is while it is a seafood restaurant and did not have the typical fish smell, everything is was so clean and organized. Most importantly the food was amazing, considering it being a busy Saturday evening we didn’t have to wait long. I also loved that in the entrance you could see the cooks working.
Maple & Ash provided an incredible experience for my best friend’s bachelor party while we were visiting Scottsdale. Finding a place that could cater to both a vegetarian and a gluten-free diet was no small task, but this restaurant exceeded expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the variety of options and the outstanding service. The ambiance is an interesting mix of club vibes and fine dining, which was a bit unexpected, but the energy added to the celebration. Our server, Beverly, went above and beyond to take care of our group. She even helped coordinate a surprise early birthday celebration for me, making the night even more special. We started with the Heirloom Greens & Herb Salad, which was fresh and flavorful. The bread was fantastic,though I do wish the butter had a bit more punch to it. The restaurant graciously comped a few sides for our group, which was a thoughtful touch. While the food was delicious, the drinks stole the show. The Old Fashioneds were particularly impressive. For my main course, I had the Ricotta Agnolotti, and it was perfection. The pasta was soft, almost melting in my mouth, with a unique and refined flavor. If you're looking for an intimate, quiet dinner, this may not be the place. But for a lively, upscale experience with top-notch service and excellent food, Maple & Ash is a must-visit. I wish I had taken more pictures,but honestly, we were too busy enjoying every bite!
We found the Viral Dubai Chocolate at this Tempe restaurant. You'll find Dubai bars, Dubai bon bons and Dubai hearts. These hearts are the perfect sweet gift for valentines. Stop by this small mom and pop business and support local. We experienced friendly service, casual dine in seating and great eats and treats. They have some amazing dishes, quality dishes, scratch made hummus and shawarma beef plate is so filling. I tried something new and fell in love with Kibbeh. So much delicious food.
We are so excited to welcome Chaconne to the neighborhood! The pastries are out of this world delicious! His slice of cheesecake is the best desert I’ve had in Arizona! I have been telling all of my family and friends..10/10 recommend!
This was a delicious seafood restaurant. It's located in the basement/ceiler. Meaning, not handicap accessible. Stairs going down is the only way to get into the restaurant. Very busy, highly recommend reservering seating. Heads up, it's expensive! $400 for 4 people, with 2 appetizers, 2 drinks, 3 desserts, and 4 meals. It was delicious and worth it for a first (and probably only time) experience. Service was fantastic. Very attentive and friendly. We had our 1 year old, and our server and waitress were so nice. Now to the food : Everything was so very good. Salmon - soft, moist, and fresh tasting. Filet Mignon - even though I don't like my meat red, it was so prefectly cooked I loved it. Grouper - was fried so well. It paired with the Thai sauce very well. Scallops - my favorite! So soft, not chewy, not dry, not disappointing, to say the least. Desserts - Creme Brulee, carrot cake, and a chocolate mousse cake. I personally not care for anyone of them, but my family loved them. Great experience, but very, very, very out of my price range.

My wife and I had an incredible experience at Element Restaurant in Scottsdale for our anniversary, and it’s a memory we’ll cherish forever. Our server, Shannon, took amazing care of us,she was attentive, friendly, and made the evening extra special. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We enjoyed the beet salad, truffle fries, sea bass, chicken, and strawberry cheesecake,all of which were mouthwatering and exceeded our expectations. The view from the restaurant was majestic, adding to the ambiance of the night. To top it all off, Shannon surprised us with a house-made buttercream cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch. What can I say? We highly recommend Element to anyone in the area looking for a fantastic dining experience. You won’t be disappointed!
Some of the best seafood in Scottsdale! This bowl was delicious! Vibrant, energetic, fresh and lively food that hits the spot. These flavors were so spot on and I highly recommend this Hawaiian Style Poke bowl. The service here was wonderful and very friendly. This is a great spot to get a delicious home style meal. They also gave us a seed oil free option that was very much appreciated!
It is a quaint little sweet shop in a great location with delicious cupcakes and cookies and a variety of flavors. Also, the service was good, they have cool cupcake vending machines, and their gluten free options are delicious and overall everything’s high quality. They’ve also come up with cupcake parfaits which are pretty cool and well sized.
Not sure about everyone else’s experiences and low ratings, but we had an excellent evening with delicious food and great and attentive wait staff. I had the Pork Milanese and it was outstanding. Make sure you try the Flaming Nagasaki! All the other dishes in our party also looked great. Would definitely come again.
This server Ryan is an absolute 10/10! The performance is lightning-fast, with minimal flaws and seamless functionality. The atmosphere is family friendly, and the reliability is unmatched,no crashes or downtime. I am also gluten free and have a peanut and Ryan was very tending to those needs and made lunch go smoothly! Highly recommended!
My son and I found this restaurant by just a quick search. We are so happy we did. The atmosphere was very quaint. The food is fresh and made to order. The owner was so friendly and engaging even after experiencing a break-in and theft of money and damaged property. He told us about his history of learning to cook and his experience. His tzatziki sauce is the real deal! Absolutely delicious! He was concerned how our meal tasted. We ordered a gyro plate and then ordered gyros because we wanted more of the sauce. We also ordered a pizza to take home for dinner. We don't live in Arizona, but we will most definitely will be returning next time we are in town.
Great produce. Not a fan of Asian cuisine, but generally I come here to pick up foreign ingredients. This store is a great supplier of exotic fruits. Although, staff is very friendly but can be hostile towards those whom they find suspicious. Their moon cakes are the bomb.
This was a very fun experience! Came for a rooftop movie and was not disappointed! They have a whole concession stand and bar on the roof for your convenience as well! The chairs were comfy and so were the headphones, the whole experience was a great time and I would recommend it to anyone who likes a unique movie experience! It was my first time so I parked at the mall and walked to the theatre, but some people who had clearly done this before cleverly parked at the top of the parking garage where the movie was being hosted… I’ll have to figure that out for next time!
So my son wanted to go bowling and thanks to Google, we can always find the right place! There was another bowling alley that was closer to us but we chose to go with the higher rated one and when we arrived, we could understand why! The atmosphere & vibe at Mavrix was fun and inviting! It literally grabs the attention of any age group! So many TVs, many places to sit and chill or play arcades or bowl or laser tag. And if you feel like getting the VIP treatment-just ask! There’s a spot for that too!! The staff was really friendly and our waitress was awesome! She made sure that we had drinks in hand at all times and that we were enjoying our time. The food was so good! Especially the cauliflower bites and cheese bites-the kids ate them so fast we had to order a second! This was the perfect place to enjoy some great family time!

We spent most of our time in the CREATE Makerspace, where we got to experiment, build, and bring our own ideas to life. The best part? We got to take home our own creations! The staff was incredibly helpful, making sure everyone had a fun and educational experience. One of the highlights was the Poison Exhibit, which was both eerie and fascinating. It was packed with interactive displays and mind-blowing facts about toxins in nature, history, and even everyday life. If you love learning about the darker side of science, this exhibit is a must-see! We also watched a film about the human body, which was visually stunning and incredibly informative. Every exhibit we explored was hands-on and engaging, making learning feel effortless and exciting. Whether you’re interested in space, physics, biology, or engineering, there’s something for everyone here. A big plus is how well-designed the center is,not only are there endless activities for kids and adults, but there are also great spaces for parents and visitors to take a breather. Whether you need a break from the excitement or just want to sit and watch others explore, there are plenty of areas to relax without missing out on the fun. Before heading home, we stopped by the gift shop and picked up some fun science goodies: a Grow Your Own Shrimp Kit (can’t wait to see them hatch!) and a Spaceship Diorama that we’re excited to put together. The shop had a great selection of educational and fun souvenirs, making it hard to choose just a couple! Overall, this was an incredible experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back to see what new exhibits they bring in next. If you’re looking for a fun, educational, and well-thought-out space, this is the place to be. Make sure to wear tennis shoes for the air bike!
so much fun!! what a beautiful location. everyone here was so friendly, especially at the butterfly pavilion. we loved our time here! highly recommend for anyone who loves exploring the native desert landscape- the walking paths are well maintained, and there is so much to see. the orchid exhibit was also sooo gorgeous, and the colors were fantastic. they offer some fun events and things here, so definitely do your research beforehand to make the most of your trip! we loved it and we hope to be back soon!!
Visited here today! This was a super cool park to come to, and I’ve been putting it off for quite some time. There’s ducks galore and she loved chasing them and playing near the creek. The trees are climbable and it was just awesome. Definitely worth it for any Pokémon go players out there!

We had an incredible visit to the Heard Museum in Phoenix, Arizona! As an artist, I was absolutely blown away by the stunning collections of art and rich history packed into this space. An art gallery with a plethora of Western paintings, statues, and--surprisingly--furniture. The gallery is free and is definitely a great place to visit when traversing through Old Town Scottsdale. Even though when first thing of art galleries you think of...well...art...I am pleased to say that this gallery doesn't only have paintings, but also has cool sculptures! My cousin and I decided to meet 1/2 way and landed in Scottsdale. While we were here we opted to do several guided hikes, since neither of us are avid hikers and didn’t want to seem too out of place and ask too many strangers questions on the trail. After a ton of research and reading reviews we chose Mad Desert Trekking and sooooo glad we did. I spent a little time chatting with Matt about our goals and physical abilities and decided on 2 separate hikes on different days. Our second hike was a guided tour through a much larger desert north east of scottsdale. Jay was our new guide and as soon as we met him we felt like we struck gold again!! Communication was fantastic and we felt prepared for a longer hike with zero worries. We started off at a visitor center, and Jay explained to us exactly where our hike was going to take us. Within minutes we were learning about the terrain and the mountains around us. His catus knowledge was insane and honestly extremely interesting. There was not a question he couldn’t answer, and it’s exactly what we wanted, to learn about the area. The hike itself was on a wonderful kept, easy walking trail until the clime up to our viewpoint, but still easy enough footing to the top. We enjoyed a fantastic view, snacks and conversation at the top , accompanied by a visiting hawk. We were once again sad when the hike was over. Jay was really a fantastic guide. The hike itself was not difficult, he took cues from our panting to slow down and explain something so we didn’t feel like we were stopping for a break. The views were fantastic, and despite some clouds, the sunrise was beautiful. Henry made this hike such a great experience, we honestly could have spent an entire day visiting with him, we had such wonderful conversations!! Hands down a fantastic company to work with!!
Visted on May 24, 2025. This place is absolutely Incredible! The musical instruments on display here are unique and awesome! They are perfectly displayed with audio recordings that allow you to enjoy their amazing sounds. There are also several tribal and tradition outfits scattered throughout the different World Regions in the museum. The Stradivarius Exhibit was Spectacular and the Artists Collection was full of various items from famous musicians. Highly recommend and plan on a full day to fully appreciate all of the exhibits.
💯 worth the money....why because its huge! So many fish to see and how fun for the kids!!! I definitely recommend this for a half day adventure especially during the summer! A tip...order your tickets online and often times there are deals. If you can't find a cupon code call and ask! Also plan for two to three hours here at the least. If you really spend time looking and reading it can take more time. A fun family outing for sure!!!

A Perfect Family Destination! Our recent visit to the zoo was an absolute delight, especially for our 3-year-old! Coming all the way from Seattle, we were thrilled to find that this zoo far exceeded our expectations. The exhibits were well-maintained, and the animals seemed happy and active, which made the experience even more enjoyable for our little one. The layout was stroller-friendly, but we highly recommend renting a scooter,it made navigating the park a breeze and added an extra layer of fun for our toddler. The zoo offered a fantastic variety of animals, and the interactive areas were a hit with our child. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions or share interesting facts. We also appreciated the clean facilities and plenty of shaded areas to take breaks. What stood out the most was how well-designed the zoo was for young children. From the petting zoo to the play areas, our 3-year-old was entertained the entire time. If you’re planning a visit with little ones, this zoo is a must-see. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend it to families looking for a fun, educational, and stress-free day out.
My family & I came to this park for the 1st time ever on Saturday May 11th 2024. What a beautiful quite place. The views here are beautiful. This park has it all! Disc golfing course, playground, fishing, walking/bike trail throughout, dog park, volleyball court & obviously restrooms. So you can do almost anything here. And... the best part is it's not a really busy park like other parks in the valley, it's like a hidden gem. The fishing here is awesome! You'll see fish jumping all morning & night here, catching them is another story lol. I caught 1 baby catfish & released him, maybe I'll get him back in a few years when he's bigger. Definitely a cool park go check it out, you won't be disappointed. We'll definitely be back from here on out.
In my opinion the best club in Arizona. I love going clubbing by myself and this place made me feel welcome and secured. The best and nicest staff 👏. I would definitely go back!!! Good drinks and good music as well.

Dropped in with a friend while visiting AZ for the first time, thanks to a recommendation. The wait was 1:45 hours so we sat at the bar (def should have made a reservation, this was 6pm in a Wednesday! haha) The food was excellent! Good flavor/ingredient combinations, sizable portions. It was a busy night but didn't feel like we were rushed. Recommend the berry cider, pork belly nachos, kimchi rice/shrimp appetizer, and the peking duck/shrimp bowl. The wagyu pigs in a blanket were delicious, but it's a waste of wagyu to make hot dogs, idk what I expected them to be but that wasn't it 😅
I was blessed with the opportunity of meeting the owner, Sue, at the Hard Rock 5k this year in Tempe where she was a sponsor. Hundred Mile Brewing Company provided the "refreshment" drinks. In the military, I was able to travel and meet a lot of people. Very few people have left an impression on me like Sue. Her positive-strong-fun-determined energy is contagious. Although we didn't get to visit her business, we chatted and laughed with her for a while after the race. I'm sure her business and employees can only follow the lead she sets with her actions. This Macys in Fashion Square is absolutely amazing, the staff was very helpful and I used their clean restrooms and left my purse in there. Returned home about 2 hours away and didn’t realize my purse had been left until I was home. I searched everywhere for it and never found it. About 3 days later and Macys had sent my purse in the mail to my home! They are amazing and I cannot thank them enough for this!!

The new park at the Civic Center is really neat. There's some architectural artistic structures including a wavy-shaped roof you can sit under. There's also neat statures and sculptures throughout the park. The highlight is the new playground in the park. Although there's no shade which makes the equipment hot in the summer, other than that- it was pretty good. Clean equipment with very soft rubber flooring. And they have swinging benches too for the grownups.
Interesting and informative and free! The staff members were very very nice and helpful. I would recommend it if you're walking round in old Town scottsdale, there was some really cool before and after pics of scottsdale as well as the city's origin story. I had a fun visit ! The building used to be a schoolhouse and then it was a library!
Super nice movie theater and restaurant. First time going and absolutely love it to return. You get a big thing of popcorn for $10 and it was enough to feed my family of 5 😁 They also have food, drinks and deserts to order. Super clean theater, clean restrooms, employees are very nice and best of all comfortable/ spacious seating! Tuesdays all movies are $7 so a mayor plus! They have other cool perks just ask 😉I recommend 100%

Kettey's shea butter products are amazing! I highly recommend Kettey's Raw Shea Butter, Black Soap and Black Soap Body Wash. The unique pieces I discovered here are absolutely amazing, and I have visited galleries, museums, and historic destinations from NYC to Italy. First time trying AZ88. Decided on a contemporary style restaurant and this place def fits the bill. Everyone in my party ordered different burgers and I can tell you the food didn’t disappoint. Burgers and fries were great and the drinks were good. Will stop by when I’m in the area again.
Had a wonderfull experiance shopping here. Such fancy and well designed dresses. Some also has pockets. Prices are costlier although the fitting is so well that it makes is kind of it worth it. The material and quality is real good and can be kept well maintained. Alle very kindly helped in picking up the right choice and size if dress . Guess was on point. And felt so pretty. For an Usual size of XL, size M fits just perfect. It has a dressing room n good mirror and lighting. Apart from that good accessory available. Owner is very generaous too and offers good style tips after the fit check. All cards are accepted.
If you see getting dressed as an extension of your personality then Carolina Couture is for you! This shop has fashion-forward and unique pieces with an Italian aesthetic - no basic t-shirts with trite words or phrases on them here! As an out-of-towner, I LOVED shopping from a locally designed & owned brand. The owner Carolina provided a high level of customer service, and was honest about what did & did not look good on my curvey body. Her employee Zach was friendly and helpful, offering us water and keeping the fitting room tidy. Overall a great experience - can't wait to wear my showstopping new bodysuit out and about! P.S. It's pretty clear a dust-up happened with some other customers a few weeks ago and now folks are trying to tank the store's reviews. Read those comments - several are inflammatory and don't pass the vibe check. ;-)
I'd like to give a golf clap to this Cold Beers & Cheeseburger location. It was a great experience the moment we walked in. The staff was courteous, respectful and attentive. The food we ordered was not burned and very flavorful. It really helped to enjoy the Arizona Diamondbacks ballgame, which was the reason why we were there.
This is a great place to have a good time. The acrobatics that the girls do is fun and impressive. The drinks are very well-priced for the location. I had family visiting from all over the US and even Australia. There was no doubt that I was bringing them here and they had an absolute blast.
My husband really wanted to come here for his birthday dinner and the staff made us feel so incredibly special. We are from Canada and have heard amazing things from this place. The staff working at this establishment went above and beyond to make his birthday so special. Zeke is of of the best servers we have ever had! Highly recommend him! Thank you guys! We will be back in April with all of our friends.

Totally happened upon this shop while attending Canal Convergence in Scottsdale and I was surprised at how cute it was! Lots of unique and trendy gifts and clothing. Great spot to buy something for yourself or a special someone.
I had the pan roast combo and key lime pie. All very good. I am not for too spicy and they had zero extra in mine and I really liked it. Key lime pie was pretty good too. Would go again

Paris Paris Furniture is adjacent and covers the enite corner shopping lot. Between Jackson's gas station and Coconuts Cafe. Apparel items are moderatley priced and the members here are always helpful in offering suggestions to make a bundle purchase. Love their input.

A very nice quaint little place with a cozy atmosphere. My daughter and I had the blackened shrimp salad and it was delicious! As usual, drinks are priced on the higher side but that's Scottsdale for you. The 3-piece band that performed was amazing. We were there on a Tuesday night and it was a treat to have live music! This is a great place to grab a bite or drinks, kick back and listen to some live music. Perfect for date nights or a girls night out. I would highly recommend.

We stopped by for a quick bite and a a happy hour round. Outside patio was A++, very shady with misters if needed. Service was immaculate. Two rounds and an appetizer was about $60.
Great customer service experience! We bought a beautiful Frazier sculpture from the gallery and unfortunately it was damaged on delivery to our home in Wis. The folks at Marshall Gallery were amazing!! They worked with the artist and had another made and delivered quickly. We couldn't be happier! Jamie and Shelby were over the top!!
I have wanted to visit this landmark for years and finally did today. Why? Partly because I have learned about authors and their books by watching Barbara (owner) share in social media. But also because so many of the authors I feature on my podcast, TheThrillerZone.com, visit TPP when they’re launching their books; people like Jack Stewart, Jack Carr, TJ Newman (local talent) and CJ Box to name a few. The place is handsome, well-filled and has nice people working there. I’ll be back…when I launch MY next bestseller!
Excellent flavors and service with a smile. The Shrimp and Vegetables (#13) lunch special was delicious and reasonably priced.. The Orange chicken had a hint of orange (fresh orange not the chemical flavor you get sometimes) with a bit of a kick to it. Nothing to spicy. Just right! I would highly recommend giving this place a go.
